ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อในน้ำซุปใสๆ ที่ซดได้คล่องคอยิ่งนัก ถ้าใครชอบน้ำซุปต้มกระดูกแบบไม่ต้องปรุงแต่งรสอะไรให้มากเรื่อง ต้องชอบน้ำซุปของโกซินแน่ๆ ส่วนลูกชิ้นก็เป็นลูกชิ้นเนื้อแท้ๆ เหนียวนุ่ม เนื้อแน่น ไม่มีแป้งผสมให้รู้สึกเสียรสชาด
